So, so happy to see this updated. Very scary scenario, knowing someone was in the house, had planted a bug, and had quite literally touching something in virtually every room, including medications and vitamins. No, Gibbs is definitely NOT overreacting, and yes, SECNAV will not be pleased. Hope he hits Ryan over the head with the order to leave Gibbs and company alone, or else. She doesn't do subtle, so obvious will be a lot more effective. Thanks so much for the update.

Oh goodie, another update!!

Although I adore Jamie Leigh Curtis, I cannot stand Dr. Samantha Ryan. The woman's occupation, not to mention her demeanor give me the creeps. Guess that means Ms Curtis is doing her job.

Frank and Ruth 'bonding' with Tim had me chuckling. Very sweet, and it is lovely to have people outside their tightknit little group accepting what happened and being supportive.

Always happy to see 'Dr. Kate's sister' put in an appearance. Glad Gibbs heard what she had to say and took it to heart. Of course, it helped that his 'gut' started screaming as soon as he met Dr. Ryan.

Thanks for the update and will be looking forward to the next installment.

Wasn't too sure about reading this after seeing it contained MPreg but boy am I glad I did! So sad that it's not yet completed though, left me on edge.

Hi Em,

Well Frank reacted better than I thought he would, which was probably due in part to his wife's influence and partly his residual loyalty to Gibbs. The little 'joke' tells me he is really on his way to accepting this particular reality, and will keep what he and his wife found out secret, for Gibbs' sake.

Vargas, on the other hand, reacted far worse than I anticipated. Thankfully Tony dealt with the problem immediately, but what happens when Vargas gets back to NCIS, or after Vance speaks to him? He can do some damage if he goes public, even within NCIS, about Gibbs' and Tim's new relationship. As much as we may want to believe everyone will be open minded, that is not to say there aren't some die hard homophobes still floating around within NCIS.

THRILLED to see Cassie Yates being brought in to the story.
I love that character. Oh boy, she is really going to be doing some teasing once she gets caught up on the new set of circumstances. Can't you just hear Cassie and Tony playing off one another teasing McGee.... and Gibbs (wearing huge grin at that thought) because Gibbs owes Cassie big time, and he won't be able to glare her into submission. This is going to be fun, I can tell.

Can't wait to read what happens when Vance and Vargas have their meeting.

Yes, Frank is a good guy and a bit of a joker, but he and Ruth with be good additions to the support system.  Vargas does have the potential to throw a wrench into the works, so we'll just have to see what he does.  I like the character of Cassie, her early history with Tim gives her a unique perspective.

That chapter was just....adorable, hilarious, joyful, oh it was WONDERFUL!! The team banter was of the highest order, and the final scene was absolutely masterful, brillaint!!

I was re-reading this story and when I got to the end I was surprised with an update....Thank you! I laughed at the awkwardness of the whole situation. I love the story and always look for more.
